Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the MCG Tattoos website and your engagement with our tattoo services, provided by Chris Good in Glendale, Arizona. By using this website or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo from MCG Tattoos. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of your appointment to verify age. We do not tattoo minors under any circumstances, including with parental consent.

Consultations

Consultations are provided free of charge and are non-binding. Submitting a consultation request does not guarantee an appointment or a specific price — final quotes are provided after discussing your design, placement, and sizing with Chris directly.

Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment date, which will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo. Deposit amounts and cancellation/rescheduling policies will be communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your deposit and may affect your ability to book future appointments.

Health & Aftercare

You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin conditions prior to your appointment. You are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided to you after your session. MCG Tattoos is not responsible for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions or from undisclosed medical conditions.

Design & Custom Work

All designs created by MCG Tattoos are custom-built for your specific piece. While we design around your reference and input, final artistic execution is at Chris's discretion to ensure the best possible result for tattooing.

Photography & Portfolio Use

We may photograph completed and healed tattoo work for use in our portfolio, website, and social media (including Instagram). By receiving a tattoo from MCG Tattoos, you consent to this use unless you notify us in writing that you'd prefer your work not be photographed or shared.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Consent to receive SMS messages is captured two ways: (1) verbally, when you call or visit to schedule a consultation and are informed you will receive SMS updates about your consultation and appointment; or (2) online, by submitting a website form containing two separate, unchecked consent checkboxes — one for transactional/appointment messages and one for marketing/promotional messages. No checkbox is pre-checked, and each is linked to this page and our Privacy Policy.

Transactional (Non-Marketing) Consent: By checking this box or providing verbal consent, you agree to receive text messages from MCG Tattoos regarding your consultation and appointment, including scheduling, reminders, and follow-up. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.

Marketing Consent: By checking this box, you agree to receive marketing text messages from MCG Tattoos, including promotions, updates, and special offers, in addition to messages about your consultation and appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.

We do not share your phone number or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Standard message and data rates may apply for any SMS messages sent to you from MCG Tattoos and by us to you. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside of our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and are not responsible for the content of the messages sent through their network.

Website Use

This website and its content, including text, images, and design, are the property of MCG Tattoos and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Tattooing carries inherent risks, including but not limited to allergic reaction, infection, and variation in healing. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge these risks. MCG Tattoos is not liable for outcomes resulting from factors outside our control, including your aftercare compliance and individual healing response.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
